Sorry; I just realized that footprint are for schematic's and packages are for PCB's. Also i am completely new to this PCB design stuff.

@ahmetceryan35, This is not a bug. Therefore this is not an appropriate Category in which to post this question. You have not given enough information from which to provide a helpful answer without wasting time guessing. Please post your question in the PCB Layout or Schematic Capture Category  with screenshots and preferably the link to a public project that illustrates your issue. Having said all that, the most likely cause of the warning you are seeing is that the Schematic Symbol pin to PCB Footprint pad mapping is in correct and/or the number of pins on the Symbol does not match the number of differently numbered pads on the Footprint. The reason you are receiving a warning like this is because you have not checked the Symbol pin to Footprint pad mapping using the Footprint Manager.
