Personal Data We Collect or storage at EasyEDA

When you register for our services and use EasyEDA, you provide us with the following:

• Your profile information, email address, avatar, The browser type, Language preference, Referring site, And the date and time of each request.

• When you create an account, you are prompted to create a username and a password. EasyEDA maintains your username and password (in an encrypted format) inside our secure environment and only uses your information to welcome you back upon your return and personalize your experience on our services.

• We storage the data you created via our website and ediotr(for example, the projects(Including schematic, PCB, covers, attachments), libraries, modules, Gerbers, BOMs(Bill of Meterials), forum topics and comments).

• Information about you login back to EasyEDA website and editor for data analytic (for example, Broswer type, Language preference, Operation system type, Editor version, Date and time, Operation counts in the editor and website)

When you contact us; we contact you; or you take part in any of our promotions, competitions, surveys or questionnaires about EasyEDA’s services, or you engage with us through social media, we may collect:

• Personal data you provide (for example, your name and contact details, including address, phone or email);

• Details of the emails and other digital communications, including any links in them that you access and whether you have opened the communications;

• Your feedback and contributions to customer surveys and questionnaires.

We may share your personal data in the instances described below:

• EasyEDA and LCSC are owned by Shenzhen Lichuang E-commerce Co.,Ltd. If you register at EasyEDA.com, we will share the information about you with LCSC.

• EasyEDA and JLCPCB are in a group company. EasyEDA PCB order service has been transferred to JLCPCB, your order will be moved on and completed via JLCPCB. If you register or order PCBs at EasyEDA.com, we will share this information about you and your order with JLCPCB, who may contact you to inquire about the use of your PCB orders.

• Third-party vendors and other service providers that perform services on our behalf, as needed to carry out their work for us, which may include identifying and serving targeted advertisements, providing mailing services, providing tax and accounting services, contest fulfillment, web hosting, online chat services, or providing analytic services.

• We may share personal data with law enforcement, regulators, and other parties for legal reasons, such as in cases where required by law or subpoena.

• Other parties in connection with the (actual or potential) sale, purchase, acquisition, merger, reorganization, bankruptcy, liquidation, dissolution, or similar transaction or proceeding of or involving EasyEDA.

Exercising your other rights

You have the right to access, correct and transfer your data, limit its processing, object to its processing, or withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing that was already performed on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal (if the processing is consent-based).
Moreover, should you decide that our processing breaches the provisions of GDPR, you have the right to submit a complaint to a data protection authority.

When using EasyEDA, you should know

• EasyEDA Libraries and Modules are public
  All Libraries(Schematiclibs, Spice Symbols, PCBlibs) and Modules(Schematic moduels, PCB modules) on EasyEDA are public, so after you have created and saved a new library, others will be able to find your part and use it, and you will be credited as a contributor.

• Delete Your Account
  EasyEDA allow you to delete your account and your personal data, such as the data we collect or storage.
  Delete the account via: User Center - Account - Advanced - Delete Account
  The data EasyEDA won't delete automatically when you delete your account as below, but you can delete them manually:

  • The Libraries and Modules
  • The Forum Topics and Comments(forum comment and public project comment).

• Local Webstorage
  When you use EasyEDA editor, EasyEDA will back up your files in your browser using Webstorage, this will enable you to do crash recovery. You can remove them in your browser. via: Document Recovery

• Facebook Pixel
  We use the Facebook pixel from Facebook Inc on our website.
  This allows user behavior to be tracked after they have been redirected to the provider's website by clicking on a Facebook ad. The data collected in this way is anonymous to us, i.e. we do not see the personal data of individual users.
