******BUG******
Concise problem statement:
Resize/hide bar in parts browser/left hand panel is missing after saving newly created symbol in New > Schematic lib
Steps to reproduce bug:
1. New > Schematic lib
2. Create new symbol (edit existing symbol?)
3. Save
4. Browse "My Parts" in parts browser
5. Cannot resize Parts browser panel because no blue arc appears to click on.
Results:
Parts browser panel stuck at default width
Expected results:
Normally can alter width or hide panel using blue arc.
