Draw the shape you want to expose in a Copper layer layer then the  Expose Copper button is enabled. Or: Draw the shape you want to expose in the Top Solder Mask Layer. This will create an aperture in the mask. Check it in the Gerbers using Gerbv.

@andyfierman Thanks for the reply. The region I drew is the same color as the other pads on the board. Did I do it right and didn't know it? I'm using JLCPCB assembly. I've had trouble with this before using them. I just want to be careful. This order is going to be over $200 and I'm a bit nervous. Thanks, Dan

Your project is private so only you can see what you have done. At the very least  you must check the Gerbers using gerbv as advised above.
