Hello, can you tell me why the pin out of the dsub 25 pin male connector is different than the same connector in the female type? I’m looking at part# <span class="colour" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);">C77838, the female type, and, part# C75751, the male type. The male connector has pin 1 in the top right corner, and the female has it in the bottom right corner. If I were to use the standard dsub 25 pin breakout board to connect to this connector, will pin 1 correspond to what pin 1 is on the breakout board? I am just looking for some consistency when I go to hook up accessories to these pins. I’m not using these connectors to communicate serially, but as individual channels for different purposes.
